The STAR Program is designed to train volunteers and staff of Marion County Animal Services, how to train dogs.
It is our goal to present a uniform training method so the dogs are consistently being taught the same command in the same way.
In time, we will also have a YouTube channel where adopters can see the methods used, so they can learn to speak the language the dogs have already begun to learn.
